I finally have a good computer again. Should be here tomorrow or day after maybe i'll take some pictures.
I upgraded last janurary, but it's time for a new case since my case was with my original build back in 2000. Still a good case with dual side fans. Just old and dirty.
I went with ATI over Nvidia and wish I hadn't because ATI's drivers/software suck balls! However you can't beat the Radeon HD 4850 X2 with 2gigs ddr3 ram.
That in my opinion is the most amazing card that Nvidia has ever released. It was outdated even when Battlefield 2 came out (My old 5700 LE came with 1942 and we pre-ordered the card.) but it could still run almost any game at the time on medium (some high) settings and produced none of the problems that newer cards had. At least that was my experience anyway.
the 5700 IMO is kind of like old Rockford-Fosgate amps. Nobody knows why, but they work better than a lot of new shit.
Anyway, I'm done ranting on my favorite video card...Nice comp!
